JOIN THE TEAM

We’re looking for friendly, hard-working folks to join our production team. These are contract positions that are paid ($22/hour). You must be willing to work at least two, 8-hour shifts. We have jobs available during set up, during the weekend event itself and during our clean up after the event.

Teams

• Welcome. These are the people who welcome attendees to the festival, scan their tickets, answer any questions and get them into the site quickly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be on your feet most of the shift.
•  Ushers. This group of people are responsible for guiding attendees into the right campground/parking area, getting them parked and settled in. This is also a fast-paced role where you’ll be on your feet most of the day. Speed and efficiency are key to this team to get over 500 vans parked in just a few  hours!
• Pavilion/Info Booth. This team works our information and merch booth that we call the Pavilion. You’ll need to learn a lot about the event to be able to communicate clearly and with authority to our attendees (primarily by reading through our training docs and website). Folks in this role should be outgoing and love interacting with the public and also be great problem solvers.
• Runners. As the name suggests, members of this team are constantly running around with golf carts delivering items, giving rides to people, moving supplies around the site, checking on the porta-potties and other facilities and being on-call when anyone else on the team needs them!
• Bartenders. Imagine serving up tropical-themed cocktails in our village Tiki Bar. You’ll be responsible for preparing mixes, maintaining the bar and cleanliness, opening and closing the bar and, of course, serving the patrons. You should have all necessary safe-serving training.
• Set up/clean up. It’s takes a lot of work to create our utopian van village from an empty grass field – and to clean it all up afterwards. These teams help us set up power, lighting, ropes, signs, tents and everything else that goes into an event of this scale.
• Security. Our events are pretty groovy and mellow but we need a team around to restore the order if anything gets out-of-hand.
