Extra Person - Separate Arrival
The special tickets below includes an overnight parking permit so that their vehicle can remain in the day pass parking area overnight/for the weekend. However, there is NO CAMPING in the day pass area. Therefore all members of your party must camp at the same site.
In addition, anyone with a “Extra Camper Ticket (Separate Arrival)” ticket must meet the person who has the main camping ticket at the welcome tent/check-in upon arrival in order to be admitted. For example, if your partner purchased a camping ticket and then you (or they) purchase a “Extra Camper Ticket (Separate Arrival)” for you to join their party but arriving separately, you must them at the welcome tent so that they can show their ticket to the check-in team ALONG with your “Extra Camper Ticket (Separate Arrival)” ticket. To facilitate this, we recommend that you contact the camping ticketholder when you arrive at the site.
Vehicles in Day Pass lot will be monitored several times per night to make sure no one is camping in the Day Pass lot. If someone if found to be camping in Day Pass they, and the person who purchased the camping pass will be removed from the event without refund.
Overnight Car Parking Permit - No Camping
The special ticket below allow a camping ticket holder to bring a separate car – in addition to their camping rig – that can be parked in our Day Pass Parking Lot overnight during the festival. Normally all cars in that parking lot are towed after 9:30pm which is the final exit for day pass attendees. This ticket can be used at either the welcome tent or the Vanlife Outfitters Pavilion to get a overnight parking permit/hangtag for a vehicle that will be parked overnight, or for the duration of the festival in the day pass parking lot. No camping is allowed in the day pass parking lot which is enforced. Do not leave your vehicle in this parking lot until you have received the permit/hangtag and used it in your vehicle!
