CAMPING TICKETS OVERVIEW

While primarily a vanlife event, Peace Love & Vans welcomes all kinds of rigs! Below are the various ticketing options for both weekend camping passes and day passes. Please be sure to read about your ticket type and its associated campground before purchasing a ticket and feel free to reach out to our team with any questions!

All camping tickets are valid from Friday through Monday morning (except those who have purchased a Thursday Early Arrival Add-On). See complete schedule for details.

Based on past gatherings, we expect all tickets to sell out prior to the event so we encourage you to get your tickets early!

Please be sure to read the information about the ticketing options before purchasing and check out the add-ons that you might need.

Pre-sale tickets for alumni, newsletter subscribers and select groups begins June 16, 2025 and requires a password. If you’re a member of one of these presale groups you’ll receive an email with the password a few days before the presale window. Groovy Grove campground

weekend camping pass, no hookups, $159
Rigs must be less than 24' including towed items

Most campers prefer to camp in our main, Groovy Grove campground which is located in a grassy field with some trees so you may or may not have shade. Campers are parked in rows by our usher team that forms streets in our “utopian” van village! These are not pre-assigned spots. If you would like to park near/next to friends, we recommend that you meet up outside of the park and drive in together so that you end up being parked next to each other. See map for location.

Important: rigs must be no longer than 25 feet INCLUDING any towed items. If you have a rig that is 25′ or longer (any rig combination that is over 25′ footprint including accessories, bike racks, etc.), you must choose from the following other choices below: “Connected Camp with Hookups”, “Big Rig Park” or the “RV Forest with Hookups”.  There are no water or power hookups in this campground. Trailers of any kind are not permitted in this campground and yes, this includes towed vehicles – anything that is not part of the main vehicle.

Importantly, the Groovy Grove and Chillville are the only campground where you can opt into the OpenVan tours and DIY Van Build contest which you can read more about on the schedule page.

weekend camping pass, no hookups, $159
Rigs must be less than 24' including towed items

The Birds of a Feather Campground is our “group” campground for folks who want to camp with similar rigs or in an organized group. Like the Groovy Grove, this campground is located in a grassy field. If you would like to park near/next to friends, we recommend that you meet up outside of the park and drive in together so that you end up being parked next to each other. See map for location.

Please see our FAQs page for the list of existing groups. If you want to form an organized group (larger than 10 vans), please email us. If you would like to park near/next to friends, we recommend that you meet up outside of the park and drive in together so that you end up being parked next to each other.  Note, we will do our best to make sure you’re in your selected group’s row, but you might be parked one row adjacent depending on availability.

Chillville Campground

weekend camping pass, no hookups, $199

Chillville is located on the northern edge of the village site. It’s just far enough away from the main activities that it’s a little more quiet and chill. Chillville campground also allows rigs over 25 feet long or rigs with towed items. If you have a big rig (well, compared to a van) that is over 24 feet and doesn’t need hookups, this is a great option for you. (FYI You don’t need a big rig to camp here). Just like the main, Groovy Grove campground, campers in Chillville campground will be parked in rows in a grassy field located across Big Ma Road from the Groovy Grove Campground. You will not be assigned specific sites. If you would like to park near/next to friends, we recommend that you meet up outside of the park and drive in together so that you end up being parked next to each other. There are no water or power hookups in this campground. Trailers/towed vehicles are permitted in this campground as long as your vehicle and trailer do not exceed 50 feet combined. This campground is NOT limited to larger rigs, vans and smaller rigs are also welcome! See map for location.

Add-on tickets

Additional Attendee Add-On – $15

All the camping passes include 2x attendees. Please purchase one of these add-on tickets for any attendees beyond 2x. For example, if your group has 4x people, you’ll need to purchase 2x of these add-ons.  Children 10 or under do not need an additional attendee ticket. All attendees sharing a camping ticket must arrive at the same time in the same vehicle.

Additional Pet Add-On - $10

We love our furry friends as much as anyone. All tickets (both camping and day pass) include 1x pet. If you have more than one pet, please purchase one of these add-ons for each additional pet. For example, if you have two dogs you’ll need to purchase one of these add-on tickets.

early/thursday arrival - $50

Campers can arrive on Friday between11:00am and 6:30pm. If you arrive earlier in the day on Friday you will have an approximately 1-hour wait in line. Imagine 500+ vans coming into the park at once! Even though our event and team are extremely organized, we can’t work miracles.

So, you you do NOT want to wait in a long line to get into the site, we recommend you either arrive later on Friday (after 2-3pm) or consider purchasing this early arrival add-on ticket. While there still may be a line, it will likely be shorter because many people cannot arrive on Thursday. We’re also limiting the number of these early arrival add-ons we’re selling to 150 tickets.

Certified Fire Extinguisher Rental – $50

Normally, open fires are NOT allowed in the open field where we create our van village campgrounds. However, the Pasco County Fire & Parks Departments have graciously authorized the use of  “solo stoves”, BBQ grills, and similar items but you must have a CERTIFIED 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher.  Importantly, a brand-new fire extinguisher is NOT certified, you must have a professional company certify it (take to a fire extinguisher inspection company and have it inspected and tagged).  We will have arranged to have certified fire extinguishers for rent by purchasing the $50 add-on ticket or you can bring your own.  If you want to rent a certified fire extinguisher, you MUST purchase the add-on ticket at least 1 week before the event. We will be removing this option at that time so we can coordinate with the provider of the units. We will not have extra fire extinguishers for rent at the event.  The Fire Department will be there issuing citations to anyone who has an open fire without a certified 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher. Note, that this only pertains to open flames OUTSIDE of your rig. A cooktop, etc. inside your rig does not require a certified fire extinguisher.  Any propane device that produces an open flame (outside the vehicle) is not permitted without a CERTIFIED 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher.  Open flames inside the vehicle are permitted without a CERTIFIED 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher, (but it is good practice to have a fire extinguisher in your rig at all times.) We will have a few campfires each evening in the Leafy Lounge and you can also bring your own “solo stove” or BBQ grill to the lounge WITHOUT the need for a certified fire extinguisher.
